IMPORTANT UPDATE: Frost & Flame Festival Cancellation

Due to unavoidable timing conflicts regarding essential pre-event documentation and facility compliance requirements, the Frost & Flame Festival scheduled for the Eastern Michigan State Fairgrounds cannot proceed as planned.

Because mandatory pre-event operational documents and compliance requirements could not be finalized within the required window, we cannot legally or safely occupy the fairgrounds for load-in next week, forcing the event to be moved. This event is now going to be merged with September’s Fairytale & Fantasy Festival + Midnight in the Realm (18+) Event.

Ticketing Information: All ticket holders will receive an automatic, full refund processed through our ticketing platform within [7] business days. Or they can apply that ticket to the September event.

That being said, we want to ensure everyone that everything is locked down smoothly for our upcoming September event at the Fairgrounds.

We deeply regret any disappointment this causes our attendees and look forward to welcoming you back to the Eastern Michigan State Fairgrounds for our upcoming event this September. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
