In addition to the inclement weather and potential severe storms, the venue has also booked an indoor volleyball game.
We just became aware of the venue's booking and have been trying to work out how to proceed. It is unfortunate that with the
weather being as it is, that outdoors will not be possible. Therefore we have no choice but to cancel the event scheduled for this weekend "Summer Solstice".
